Imprecise excision of the P{XP}Atg7d06996 insertion, resulting in a deletion that removes most of CG5335. Since CG5335 is within an intron of Atg7, intronic sequences of Atg7 are also deleted.
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large.
The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason,
and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions.
