Imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2}Trap1EY10238 insertion, resulting in a 1650bp deletion that affects both the Trap1 and Bap170 genes. A 1.6kb fragment of the insertion remains.
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large.

and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions.
