A set of over 60 interchromosomal duplications derived from site-specific integration of retrofitted BACs, generated for the Bloomington Stock Center collection. BAC clones were 'retrofitted' using the plasmid TKVBL-w+ so that they were competent for Pacman style transgenesis, and inserted by phiC31-mediated recombination into the VK33 docking site on the third chromosome.

A duplication of sequence from the fourth chromosome derived from the CH223-18M04 BAC clone has been inserted into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 docking site on the 3rd chromosome using phiC31-mediated recombination. The left end of the duplicated sequence is at coordinate 4:1185066 , release 5, the right end of the duplicated sequence is not mapped.
