An 80kb tandem duplication, with the duplicated region spanning from nbs to the region containing Zasp67, CG8177 and the cluster of Ilp1, Ilp2, Ilp3 and Ilp4. The duplication has been generated using the site-specific integrase-mediated repeated targeting (SIRT) method to integrate an 80kb genomic fragment from a plasmid into an attP target site at nbs.
