Linearized chromosome recovered from R(1;Y)6AX2. This was recovered by 1) using FLP-mediated sister chromatid exchange to produce a dicentric chromosome with two bridging arms and 2) selecting for breakage and then subsequent healing of the double anaphase bridge in the male germline. The chromosome probably carries a duplication of the 16A region as it suppresses the Bar phenotype of FM7.
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large.
