Comments

Deletion within the complex inaF locus. The deletion removes the first exon of inaF-D, and also deletes part of the 3' exon that is common to inaF-A, inaF-B, inaF-C and inaF-D.

Imprecise excision of the P{walter}inaFP105p insertion has resulted in an approximately 3.7kb deletion extending 3' from the site of the original insertion within the inaF locus.

Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations
NOT in combination with other aberrations

Df(1)inaF-P106x mutants exhibit a strong inability to sustain a photoreceptor potential in response to a long pulse of light.
