Description

Single point mutation (A to G, base position 104541 in GenBank accession U31961) in the centre of the IAB5 cis-regulatory module. This mutation is at the second position of the highest scoring predicted Kr protein binding site in the IAB5 enhancer, and is predicted to significantly lower the affinity of Kr protein binding.
