      Cor1/+ shows slight irregular flecking of eye. In combination with v, expression enhanced, producing patchy diminution in color, especially near posterior margin of eye, giving impression that color was washed or eaten away, especially from deeper layers; regions of surface often blackened. Homozygote not described. RK2.
