      Dl4 shows similar although less severe phenotypes to Dl1, although Dl4 does not show deltas at the wing margin. In contrast to Dl1, Dl4 shows a thickening at the crossveins.

      Slight deltas at margin; posterior parts of L2 and L3 thickened to delta at margin; L4 and L5 slight. RK2. Gives increased crossing over throughout the third chromosome.
