      Unstable mutation. Homozygous flies have shortened, thin bristles on the head and abdomen. Enhances the y2 phenotype. This enhancer effect is not suppressed by su(Hw)2. Alters the y+ phenotype; thorax and abdominal bristles and hairs are yellow and transparent.
