      Pupal lethal at 29oC; female survival reduced at 23oC and 25oC. Female fertility reduced at 23oC and abolished at 25oC and 29oC. Eggs of homozygous females have short thin dorsal appendages; ultrastructure of chorion abnormal; chorion defects not temperature-sensitive.
