      Heterozygotes show an eye reduction similar to L4 and similarly variable, but the eye is slightly roughened. Homozygotes have an extreme reduction in the size of the eye, with few or no facets. L4/Lro shows a similar reduction in eye size. RK1 as homozygote. RK2 as heterozygote.
