      Causes high nondisjunction of chromosome 4, but has no effect on the sex chromosomes in males. Nondisjunction of chromosome 4 occurs in primary spermatocytes. There is a clear and consistent loss of nullo-4 over diploid-4 sperm, suggesting chromosome loss concomitant with the abnormal segregation.
