Description

The restriction pattern of two regions are affected, the first mapping between -9.5 and -8.4 (zero coordinate is defined as the centre of the 2.2kb EcoRI fragment that encompasses the N76b8 inversion breakpoint), and the second between -25.8 and -22.6. Sequences between these two fragments are unaffected, suggesting the lesion in N81k8 is an intralocus inversion.
