      RK2. Adults are short and stocky; the length but not the girth is reduced compared to wild-type, with the effect most pronounced in the abdomen. Wings are shorter than normal but are not reduced in width. Eyes are large and pear shaped. Bristles are slightly shortened. Male viability is approximately 50% of wild-type.
