The localization of thebcdΔ14S.T:EcollacZ transcript is very similar to the wild typeexpression of bcdT:EcollacZ, except that localization to the anterior regionof the oocyte is not detected at early stages, and less signal appears toaccumulate at the anterior region of the embryo.
