Description

Deletion from osk position 347 to 2471, in the coding region, with 1.3kb of Ecol\lacZ sequence incorporated as a transcript tag at osk position 2471 (coordinates of Kim-Ha et al., Cell 66:23-35 ), just before the 3' untranslated region, and with 3'-most portion of osk from position 3434 (including the polyA signal) replaced by the polyA signal from an α-tubulin gene.
