      Dvir\oskvirosk provides posterior body patterning to osk2 and osk6 D.melanogaster embryos, but in some instances the activity has spread towards the anterior of the embryo. Dvir\oskvirosk cannot direct pole cell formation in D.melanogaster embryos.
