Description

AE enhancer element of ftz regulatory region from base pair 2145 to base pair 2542 governing expression of lacZ from a minimal Hsp70 promoter (enhancer element coordinates refer to location within ftz upstream element, FBrf0048801).

Single deletion within the ftz 430bp autoregulatory element (AE) that removes binding site D, this deleted upstream region drives lacZ expression from a minimal Hsp70 promoter.
