      Enhancer trap expression is observed behind the morphogenetic furrow in the developing photoreceptor clusters in the eye imaginal disc. In the larval brain, expression is observed in the presumptive lamina and in the inner optic anlage. In adults, expression is restricted to a subpopulation of lamina monopolar cells.
