      Reference

      The reporter construct is expressed in ectodermal stripes in even numbered parasegments 6-12 after gastrulation (with weaker expression in parasegments 10 and 12). The stripes are absent in ftz11 embryos. The expression is a broad band in the posterior half of blastoderm embryos is unaffected in ftz11 embryos.
