      No detectable Ecol\lacZ activation in fat bodies or in ovaries, dsxA and bzip1 sites of the Yp1 o enhancer synergistically activate transcription in fat bodies and ovarian transcription is directed by the bzip1 site, repressed by aef1 and unaffected by the dsxA site.
