Description

Construct: Contains Sgs3 sequence from -2.7kb relative to the start site to +10bp on the Sgs3 leader (which also contains the Sgs7 coding region), fused to the Adh coding region. Nucleotide substitution: G-53C (in the Sgs3 regulatory region). Nucleotide substitution: A77C (in the Sgs3 regulatory region). Sgs3 sequence from the SalI site (-130bp) to -98bp has been deleted.
