Description

Construct: Contains Sgs3 sequence from -2.7kb relative to the start site to -130bp (which also contains the Sgs7 coding region), from -98bp to -77bp, and from -58bp to -50bp, fused to an Hsp70 promoter upstream of the Adh coding region. Nucleotide substitution: G-53C (in the Sgs3 regulatory region).
