Deletion of sequences between approximately -300bp and -350bp, upstream of Sgs4. The DNAase-hypersensitive site corresponding to the location of the deletion is truncated, and the position of the two sites nearest to Sgs4 is shifted, so that their position relative to Sgs4 remains the same.
