Description

Construct: Truncation of fs(1)K10+m4.4 at nucleotides 3112 is fused to an osk DraI-XbaI fragment of 3' UTR (nucleotides 2796-3658).

2.3kb Asp718-SalI fs(1)K10 fragment (nucleotides 1-3112 including the nurse cell enhancer/promoter, the entire protein coding region and the first 65 nucleotides of the 3' UTR) fused to an DraI-XbaI osk fragment (nucleotides 2796-3658) of the osk 3' UTR which includes the poly(A)-addition site.
