      Recessive lethal, presumably due to a second site mutation. When in trans with P{wDL1} or a complete P{CaSpeR} element the presence of transposase causes little male recombination, in trans with P{wDR1}, P{wDR2} or a complete P{CaSpeR} element the presence of transposase can generate male recombination.
