Description

Construct: 4.7kb fragment containing the zygotic and maternal promoters from hb, upstream of the cad 5' untranslated region (UTR), the ftz coding sequence, a 936bp segment of cad (including 40bp immediately upstream of the stop codon and the first 896 nucleotides of the cad 3' UTR) and a DNA fragment containing the 3' UTR and polyadenylation sequences from Dmul\Adh2.
