      Coexpression of P{UAS-tkv.tor.N} and P{UAS-put.tor.N} with Scer\GAL469B causes strong dorsalisation of the embryo. Such embryos fail to develop ventral denticle belts and exhibit dorsal hairs along the entire dorsoventral axis. Coexpression in a dppH61 background causes formation of bands of dorsal hairs at the expense of the circumferential denticle belts. Coexpression with dorsal Scer\GAL4C-765 results in large overproliferating discs. Expression of P{UAS-tkv.tor.N} alone with Scer\GAL469B has no effect on embryonic patterning.
