Nested elements. A tandem orientation P{wd19.3} derivative with three copies of the 3.44kb w 5' sequence is inserted into the w coding region of another P{wd19.3} derivative with three copies of the 3.44kb w 5' sequence. One of the two is deleted for 1.4kb from the 3' end.
