Description

Hsp83 promoter drives expression of a 4.3kb EcoRI fragment containing Adh leader sequences, lacZ coding sequences and SV40 t antigen splice site and polyadenylation signal. A nanos 3' UTR fragment (from nucleotide 6 to 859, but with a deletion from nucleotide 97 to 403) is inserted between the lacZ coding sequence and the SV40 sequences.
