Description

Hsp83 promoter drives expression of a 4.3kb EcoRI fragment containing Adh leader sequences, lacZ coding sequences and SV40 t antigen splice site and polyadenylation signal. A nanos 3' UTR fragment (from nucleotide 189 to 408) is inserted between the lacZ coding sequence and the SV40 sequences.
