      Wild type females carrying one copy of Yp1ts1.RS2 have normal fat body morphology, although unusual electron-dense subbasement membrane material (SBMM) is present in low amounts in 3 day old females. 7 and 14 day old wild type females carrying more than one copy of Yp1ts1.RS2 have significant amounts of SBMM in the fat body when raised at 29oC.
