Description

Contains the Vm32E gene, together with 465bp 5' flanking sequences (with a deletion from -249bp to -61bp) and approximately 800bp 3' flanking sequences. A 95bp PstI Polyoma fragment has been inserted within the transcribed region (to allow detection of the transcript).
