Description

3.9kb genomic HindIII fragment containing sequences from -1174bp to +2731bp relative to the Est-6 translation start site. The fragment is derived from the field-trapped North American strain Dm145. The Est-6 5' region in this fragment belongs to the P7 group of promoter haplotypes.
