Description

An Hsp70 promoter governing expression of pb minigene that includes all the pb coding region apart from the 15bp alternatively spliced microexon. Contains a deletion of one one A residue between positions 352 and 356 of the pb coding sequence, at the beginning of exon 5. This produces a frameshift within the homeobox.
