      Additional nuclei and nebenkerns at the onion stage of spermatogenesis.

      Cytological defects are evident during spermatogenesis. Cells in 20% of cysts showed chromosome fragments and 10% of cysts, additional nuclei and Nebenkerns in spermatids at the onion stage.
