Description

The w gene sequences are interrupted by yΔ375-39. The portion of the w gene, up to the beginning of the y gene, has converted to the sequence of wΔ375. On the other side of yΔ375-39 the w gene resumes at position -3303 (coordinates of FBrf0041384) and continues as whd80k17 i.e. remains unconverted.
