Description

The w gene sequences are interrupted by yΔ25-67. The portion of the w gene, up to the beginning of the y gene, has converted to the sequence of wΔ25. A single P-element 5' end lies immediately on the other side of yΔ25-67, after which the w gene resumes unconverted i.e. as whd80k17 though with an insertion of 4300-5300bp of unidentified sequence.
