Description

The w gene sequences are interrupted by yΔ25-120. The portion of the w gene, up to the beginning of the y gene, has converted to the sequence of wΔ25. On the other side of yΔ493-47 the w gene resumes at position -2020 (coordinates of FBrf0041384) and continues as whd80k17 i.e. remains unconverted.
