Description

The w gene sequences are interrupted by yΔ0-101. The portion of the w gene, up to the beginning of the y gene, has converted to the sequence of wΔ0. A single P-element 5' end lies immediately on the other side of yΔ0-101, after which the w gene resumes unconverted i.e. as whd80k17 though with an insertion of 1300-2300bp of unidentified sequence.
