Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the extracellular and transmembrane domains of Hsap\CD8A fused to the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of Sh (amino acid residues 479-656 of the B isoform). The three C-terminal amino acids of the Sh cytoplasmic domain have been mutated from TDV to VTD.
