Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the extracellular and transmembrane domains of Hsap\CD8A fused to the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of Fas2 (amino acid residues 770-873 of the PEST+,TM isoform). The three C-terminal amino acids of the Fas2 cytoplasmic domain have been mutated from SAV to AAE.
