Description

A tra2 fragment containing approximately 700bp of upstream sequences, the tra2 transcription initiation site, and the amino-terminal segment of the tra2 protein-coding region is fused to lacZ. The tra2 polyadenylation signal is fused downstream of the lacZ gene.
