Description

Novel splicing at the site of insertion of the P{Hsp26-fs(1)Ya.ΔQ} element produces an RNA which ends at nucleotide 1612 of fs(1)Ya and is followed by genomic sequences from the insertion site. This RNA encodes 517 amino acids of fs(1)Ya followed by 9 amino acids before a stop codon.
