Comment:

Reported to map between -17 and -14 in the coordinate system of FBrf0102306. The breakpoint falls within a BamHI to XbaI fragment on the Figure 1 map. The XbaI site is not present in the reference sequence so the mutation is mapped to the adjacent EcoRI site. The mutation is associated with an internal deletion of at least 1kb and an insertion.
