Description

An osk promoter fragment drives expression of GFP. Most of the bcd 3' UTR is fused downstream of the GFP coding region. This construct also has the nucleotide substitutions U4457A, U4458G, G4500U and A4501U in stem loop V of the bcd 3' UTR.
