Description

Deletion of the ey regulatory sequences leaving only the 3' section of the XbaI fragment that includes the sites of insertion of elements in ey2 and eyR. The four 3' most putative Pax-6 Paired binding sites (out of five) are included but the fifth, 5' most site is deleted.
