Description

Construct: gypsy element into which 4 nucleotides have been inserted at position 1201. This results in a stop codon located at nucleotide 1368. Functional gypsy\gag and gypsy\pol proteins are not produced from this gypsy element, but the gypsy\env product is expressed normally.
