Description

The Scer\FRT cassette has been excised, juxtaposing the Hsp70 promoter and mutated run sequences. The mutation (amino acid replacement G163R) specifically disrupts the interaction between the run protein and the Bro and Bgb proteins without affecting the overall conformation of the run protein.
